It's good to have you back! Wishing you all the best for an easy labor! I had (and still have) SPD - ouch!!
I was two weeks late compared to my 3 other children so tried all sorts of things to try and bring on labor. Stripping my membranes didn't do anything for me. Castor oil worked but I wouldn't recommend it. I had a HARD, fast labor and needed an epidural because of it.
